Cancellation
Policy

To cancel your coaching, email Elitethenics.biz@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject line "Cancellation Request". Include your full name and your program start date.

Cancellations are only processed by email. Messages sent through Instagram, WhatsApp, or in-app chat are not a valid cancellation notice.

We need your cancellation request at least 7 days before your next billing date. Requests received inside that 7-day window take effect at the end of the following billing cycle, and that cycle is still charged.

You will receive a written confirmation once the cancellation is applied. If you do not get a confirmation within 48 hours, assume it was not received and email again.

Your program stays fully active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep coaching, check-ins, and support for that entire period — cancelling does not cut you off early.

After that date, access to the training platform, check-in reviews, and direct coach messaging ends. Any training or nutrition plans already delivered to you remain yours to keep and use.

If life gets in the way — injury, travel, work, exams — you can pause instead of cancelling. Email the same address with your requested pause start date and expected return date.

Programs can be paused for up to 8 weeks per 12-month period. Billing is suspended for the duration of the pause and resumes automatically on your return date. Paused time is added back to your program, not lost.

Consultation and check-in calls can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice, using the reschedule link in your booking confirmation email.

A call missed with no notice counts as delivered for that week. We will always try to fit you in again where the schedule allows, but it is not guaranteed.

Coaching renews automatically on the same date each cycle until you cancel. Your renewal date is confirmed in writing when you join and appears on every invoice, so there are no surprise charges.

If a payment fails, your program is paused rather than cancelled, and we will contact you to update the payment method before any access is affected.

We reserve the right to end a coaching relationship for abusive conduct, repeated non-engagement, or sharing paid program material with third parties. In these cases, any unused, prepaid portion of the program is refunded on a pro-rata basis.
