By accessing elitethenics.co, booking a consultation, purchasing a coaching program, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Elitethenics provides online calisthenics coaching, including personalized training programs, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, form feedback, and related digital products. Coaching is delivered remotely through our chosen platforms (email, messaging apps, video calls, and any training software we provide access to).

Results depend on your effort, consistency, nutrition, recovery, genetics, and medical history. We do not guarantee specific physical outcomes, skill acquisition timelines, or competition results.

Our coaching is intended for healthy individuals aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, you may not purchase or use our coaching services without written consent from a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for telling us about any injuries, medical conditions, medications, allergies, or physical limitations that could affect your training. If you have a known medical condition, we strongly recommend clearing any exercise program with your physician before starting.

When you purchase coaching or a product, you agree to provide accurate, complete payment and contact information. Fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Coaching renews automatically on the same billing cycle unless you cancel according to our Cancellation Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your account, training materials, or program access with anyone else. Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination without refund.

All content on this site — including training plans, videos, images, logos, written materials, and software — is owned by Elitethenics or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own training while you are an active client.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, republish, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. This includes posting program screenshots, videos, or full workouts publicly.

We expect respectful communication between clients and coaches. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward coaches, staff, or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

You agree to follow your program safely and to ask questions when you are unsure about an exercise or recommendation. You are ultimately responsible for your own health and safety during training.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elitethenics and its coaches are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your use of the site, coaching services, or training programs, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

This includes, but is not limited to, training-related injuries, allergic reactions to nutrition recommendations, data loss, or technical issues with third-party platforms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to coaching, products, or the site for violation of these terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or behavior that disrupts our ability to serve other clients. Termination decisions are made at our sole discretion and may be final.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
